Feel the tote before you commit

Every cotton run starts with a physical sample — stitch, weight, and hand-feel approved first.

One standard across two stocks — approved on a sample before we run.

Making note

Cotton tote or paper finish: the brief becomes a physical sample first. Production follows only after you approve what you can hold.

Selected clients

Made for brands people know.

Across national retail and quick-commerce, food, travel retail, and institutions — cotton and paper carriers produced to a sample-approved standard.

Selected work

Briefs we were trusted with.

A few of the problems brands brought us, and what we made in answer. Every one approved on a physical sample before production.

A bag that keeps its contents warm

The briefA cotton carry bag for TTD that had to insulate and protect what it held, not simply carry it.
What we madeA natural cotton bag with a butter-paper insulated lining, engineered around the brief and signed off on a sample.

Reusable cotton for the last mile

The briefQuick-commerce carriers for Blinkit that survive repeat trips and still represent the brand well at the doorstep.
What we madeDurable cotton bags, printed to brand and built to be reused rather than thrown away.

One standard, cotton and paper

The briefA coherent set of carriers for Swiggy Instamart across order sizes and both materials.
What we madeCotton totes and paper bags produced to a single, sample-approved standard.

Real clients and real work. Specific volumes, timelines, and results are shared on request, with client permission.

Materials that defend

Sustainability as capability — not decoration.

Natural fibres and finish processes brands can ask about. Certification documents with named scope are shared on request — never as a bare logo claim.

Paper packaging finishes

The Reva standard

Three rules we don't bend.

The quiet discipline behind a simple promise: quality should never depend on quantity.

01

Every material chosen carefully

Cotton weight and paper stock are specified for the job and the brand, never defaulted to a house spec or quietly downgraded to hit a price.

02

Every sample approved first

Nothing is produced until you approve a physical sample. What you hold becomes the standard the entire run is measured against.

03

Every order checked before dispatch

Each run is inspected against that sample before it ships, so a repeat order feels exactly like the first one did.

The making

From first call to final dispatch.

Eight steps, each checked against the approved sample before the next begins.

Fold 01

Consultation

We start with the brief — use case, brand, quantity, and where the bag has to perform.

Fold 02

Material selection

Cotton GSM or paper stock and finish, chosen for the job — not defaulted to a house spec.

Fold 03

Prototype

A first physical sample is made — the real material, handle, and finish in the hand.

Fold 04

Approval

You approve feel, stitch, and finish. The signed-off sample becomes the contract for the run.

Fold 05

Production

Manufactured to the approved sample at our Bangalore unit, run after run.

Fold 06

Quality inspection

Every order is checked against the sample before it leaves — the hundredth bag matches the first.

Fold 07

Packing

Packed to survive transit and land well — bundled and counted to your brief.

Fold 08

Delivery

Dispatched on schedule, with the sample as the quality contract behind every order.

you’re making.

The brief ends here — the sample begins with us.

One ticket starts the sample path — cotton tote, paper finish, or both. Spec → sample → production.
